Garden Lighting

As my summer holidays wind down, I'm scrambling to maintain the restfulness and peace of warm summer evenings. This outdoor feature, made by a dear friend and her daughter, makes me want to settle into an afghan and watch the sun set.

Materials: wire, jars, reclaimed wood (a wooden chair arm?) and candles.

  1. I recall a time of having no money and a dear friend with a birthday.

Wire in the garage + jars and tea-lights in the cupboard + a bit of time and imagination = one present.

    Thank you for the reminder.

  2. Paver light can help adding dynamism to the dull surroundings, which compel the home owners to dress up their walkways, garden areas and backyards with tiny light that can be installed amidst paving stones or even concrete and marble floors.
